Meditation
It is important to meditate. Like in the old days we still offer a few meditation techniques, however, over the years the state of meditation has grown and “seeped” into other activities such as Yoga, stretching, Satsang and chanting, as well as cooking, cleaning, work at the office and other chores. We find ourselves becoming more and more centered, individually and in communion with others. Being silent and peaceful we get in touch with divine source.
Our intention is to create space and opportunity to be and you are invited to join in.
Today no time at the beach? Come and relax and bring your book to our beautiful Zorbas garden, with easy chairs and fresh water and delicious herb tea blends in the afternoons, lovingly provided by our staff.
Body
Inner silence and well being is directly linked to our physical plane, because nothing ever works separately. So we give attention, understanding and loving care to the body and it has immediate effect on the whole being, inviting a more cons cious way of living right away.
We offer individual sessions in various massage techniques, body therapy and other disciplines in a beautiful and relaxing ambiente. Our staff is professionally trained and will advise you. You can easily include your session into your schedule of holiday non-activities. Enjoy!

Music and Chanting
Our guests love singing together at Alexis Zorbas since many years. Every week we meet at one of our beautiful meditation halls, in order to chant Mantras, Bhajans and Sufi songs, which open our hearts. Everyone is invited to join.
